The Aurora Highlands

A rapid response was carried out to address water damage in a leasing office. Removed 1,008 sq ft of carpet, 300 sq ft of vinyl asbestos tile (VAT), and 300 sq ft of drywall. Dehumidifiers were installed onsite to reduce moisture and prevent microbial growth. Restoration protocols followed to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
